RMM Structure

In 2006, the Aerospace and Defence industry, under the auspices of its industry body, A|D|S, set up the 21st Century Supply Chain (SC21) programme.  Their intention was to bring alignment, resilience and coherence to the sector’s supply chain capability and relationships.

The industry Primes signed-up to a supply chain Code of Practice (CoP), and a comprehensive set of supporting processes and diagnostic tools were developed to ensure sector-wide adoption of the principles set out in the CoP.

Within SC21, the Business-to-Business (B2B) relationship elements have been covered by the Relationship Management Review (RMR) process, and the Relationship Measurement Matrix (RMM) diagnostic tool, and more recently the collaborative Relationship Excellence (RelEx) diagnostic
