Logical Levels

Since we were founded in 1990, our logo has symbolised the concepts behind and the implications of Logical Level , – particularly for designing solutions that support the development of relationships and the building of TRUST (and always recognising that it is only a model).

Here’s how – and where – we apply the Dilts levels to business situations:

  • Spiritual —> Business Idea/Vision/Mission.
  • Identity —> Authenticity/Brand.
  • Values & Beliefs —> Business Ethics & Rules.
  • Capability —> Core Competencies.
  • Behaviour —> Business Processes & Procedures.
  • Environment —> Transactions.

Note that each level is influenced by the one above, but – through experience – may contribute to a change or paradigm shift in that higher level.
