- Spiritual —> Business Idea/Vision/Mission.
- Identity —> Authenticity/Brand.
- Values & Beliefs —> Business Ethics & Rules.
- Capability —> Core Competencies.
- Behaviour —> Business Processes & Procedures.
- Environment —> Transactions.
Note that each level is influenced by the one above, but – through experience – may contribute to a change or paradigm shift in that higher level.
