Expenditure Analysis
Expenditure Analysis is an online service which allows users to analyse expenditure data from a body's accounting systems. The service:
- Allows Procurement staff to interrogate expenditure data directly, using a simple but powerful web-based interface
- Can be integrated with the Collaborative Contracts Register, allowing for contracted expenditure with a supplier to be easily compared with actual expenditure
- Integration with the Collaborative Contracts Register also allows for expenditure data to be shared between bodies and be integrated into the "Executive Dashboard".
- Expenditure data can be categorised by Pro-Class, allowing actual spend to be interrogated via categories that make sense for procurement decisions
