About Us - People

NIP is a people-focussed company. Our solutions are designed to empower individuals and teams, and the work ethic at NIP has similar goals. In addition to retaining experienced senior staff, we have also recruited graduates from leading universities to create a dynamic, balanced and flexible team. Our personnel policies include:
